응급의료에 관한 법률 제47조의3(여객항공기 등에서의 응급장비 및 응급처치 의약품의 구비)

① 제47조의2제1항제3호부터 제5호까지의 시설 등을 관장하는 중앙행정기관의 장은 해당 시설 등의 소유자ㆍ점유자 또는 관리자가 응급장비 및 응급처치 의약품을 구비하도록 노력하여야 한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항의 응급장비 및 응급처치 의약품 구비에 대한 기준을 마련하여 제시할 수 있으며, 해당 중앙행정기관의 장에게 이를 권고할 수 있다. 다만, 국제협약 등을 준수하기 위하여 다른 법령에서 특별히 정하는 사항이 있는 경우에는 그 법령에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
