의료기기법 시행령 제5조(회의)

①위원장은 위원회를 공동으로 소집하고, 교대로 그 회의의 의장이 된다. <개정 2022.1.18>

②위원장은 보건복지부장관ㆍ식품의약품안전처장 또는 재적위원 과반수의 회의소집의 요구가 있는 때에는 지체없이 회의를 소집하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2013.3.23>

③위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
