의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제48조(기본용품비의 지급)

①경찰청장 또는 해양경찰청장은 의무경찰에게 예산의 범위에서 영내생활에 필요한 기본용품비를 지급한다. <개정 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>
