Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 10 (Penalty Provisions)

① 상관의 정당한 명령에 반항하거나 복종하지 아니한 사람은 2년 이하의 징역에 처한다. 다만, 전시ㆍ사변 또는 간첩의 출현으로 작전에 동원된 경우 본문의 죄를 저지른 사람은 1년 이상 7년 이하의 징역에 처한다.
