인쇄문화산업 진흥법 제12조(신고)

① 「출판문화산업 진흥법」 제2조에 따른 간행물을 발행하기 위하여 인쇄사를 경영하고자 하는 자는 그 인쇄사의 소재지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 "시장등"이라 한다)에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 신고하여야 한다. 신고한 사항을 변경[경영자(법인이나 단체인 경우는 그 대표자)의 주소를 변경하는 경우는 제외한다]하고자 하는 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2009.3.5, 2016.2.3, 2017.3.21>
