자동차관리법 시행령 제9조의6(자동차안전ㆍ하자심의위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제47조의7제1항에 따른 자동차안전ㆍ하자심의위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원을 임명하거나 위촉하는 경우에는 법 제47조의8제1항제3호부터 제6호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 위원의 수가 전체 위원 수의 2분의 1 이상이 되도록 하여야 한다.

② 위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 회의의 의장이 되며, 위원회의 사무를 총괄한다. <개정 2022.12.9>

③ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 cannot캐낫 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

④ 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 회의 개최 5일 전까지 각 위원들에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급을 요하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑤ 위원회는 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 전문가 또는 이해관계인 등을 위원회에 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑥ 위원회에 출석한 위원 및 관계 전문가 등에게 예산의 범위에서 수당 및 여비와 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회 규칙으로 정한다.
