자동차손해배상 보장법 제21조(심사와 결정의 효력 등)

① 심의회는 제19조제1항의 심사청구에 대하여 결정한 때에는 지체 없이 그 결과를 당사자에게 알려야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 당사자가 심의회의 결정 내용을 받아들인 경우에는 그 수락 의사를 표시한 날에, 통지를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 소(訴)를 제기하지 아니한 경우에는 그 30일이 지난 날의 다음 날에 당사자 간에 결정내용과 같은 내용의 합의가 성립된 것으로 본다. 이 경우 당사자는 합의가 성립된 것으로 보는 날부터 7일 이내에 심의회의 결정 내용에 따라 상호 정산하여야 한다. <개정 2015.6.22>
