자연공원법 시행령 제22조(원상회복비용의 예치 등)

①공원관리청은 법 제24조제2항의 규정에 의하여 자연공원의 점용 또는 사용허가를 받고자 하는 자에게 원상 회복에 소요되는 비용을 현금 또는 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제37조제2항제1호 및 제3호의 규정에 의한 지급보증서 및 보증보험증권으로 예치하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2005.9.30>

②제1항의 경우 현금은 공원관리청이 지정하는 금융기관에 예치하여야 한다.

③법 제23조제1항의 규정에 의하여 행위허가를 받은 자의 지위를 승계한 자가 예치한 현금이나 지급보증서 등에 관한 권리를 승계하지 아니한 경우에는 승계인이 제1항의 규정에 의하여 원상회복에 소요되는 비용을 예치하여야 한다.

④제1항의 규정에 의하여 원상회복에 소요되는 비용을 예치한 자가 법 제24조제4항의 규정에 의한 원상회복의무를 이행하지 아니하는 경우에는 공원관리청은 법 제31조의 규정에 의하여 대집행하고, 제1항의 규정에 의하여 예치된 현금으로 그 비용을 충당하거나 예치된 지급보증서 등의 종류에 따라 원상회복에 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
