자연재해대책법 시행령 제41조의2(재해복구사업 중앙합동점검반 등의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제55조제10항에 따른 중앙합동점검반 및 중앙점검반의 반장은 행정안전부 소속 5급 이상 공무원 중 중앙대책본부장이 지명하는 사람이 된다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2024.2.6>

② 중앙대책본부장은 법 제55조제10항에 따른 중앙합동점검반의 편성을 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관의 장에게 소속 공무원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2024.2.6>

③ 중앙대책본부장은 법 제55조제10항에 따라 중앙합동점검반 및 중앙점검반으로 하여금 재난관리책임기관의 장이 시행하는 재해복구사업의 추진 사항에 대하여 정기적으로 점검하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 중앙대책본부장은 법 제75조제1항에 따라 그 점검 결과를 지역대책본부장의 임무 평가에 반영할 수 있다. <개정 2014.8.6, 2024.2.6>
