Enforcement Decree of the Countermeasures against Natural Disasters Act, Article 41-3 (Preparation of Annual Reports on Natural Disaster Recovery, etc.)
① 법 제55조의2제2항제6호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사항"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다. <개정 2025.9.23>
(1) "Matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 55-2 (2) 6 of the Act means the following:
1. 기본법 제36조에 따라 재난사태가 선포된 지역의 응급조치 현황
1. Status of emergency measures in areas where a disaster situation has been declared under Article 36 of the Framework Act;
2. 기본법 제60조제4항에 따라 특별재난지역으로 선포된 지역의 지원 현황
2. Status of support in areas declared special disaster areas under Article 60 (4) of the Framework Act.
② 중앙대책본부장은 법 제55조의2제1항에 따른 자연재해에 관한 연차보고서를 작성하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 재난관리책임기관의 장에게 자료 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 재난관리책임기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
(2) Where necessary to prepare the annual report on natural disasters under Article 55-2 (1) of the Act, the Central Countermeasures Headquarters head may request the heads of relevant central administrative agencies and the heads of disaster management responsible agencies to submit materials. In such cases, the heads of relevant central administrative agencies and the heads of disaster management responsible agencies must comply unless there are special grounds.
