자연재해대책법 시행령 제62조(교육 및 훈련 등)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 지역자율방재단원에 대하여 교육 및 훈련을 실시할 수 있다.

② 지역자율방재단원 교육은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 직접 실시하거나 전문기관 또는 단체 등에 위탁하여 실시할 수 있다.

(2) Education에저케이션 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Local로우클 Voluntary^v발런테^r리 Disaster디재스터 Prevention프^r리^v벤션 Corps코 may메이 be비 provided프^r러^v바이디드 directly더^r렉틀리 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Si/Gun/Gu시 or오 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 to투 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institutions인스티투션즈 or오 organizations,오거너제이션즈 etc.엣세터^r러

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 지역자율방재단의 교육ㆍ훈련에 필요한 사항은 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례로 정한다.
