자연재해대책법 제44조의2(방재관리대책 정보체계의 구축)

① 행정안전부장관은 방재관리대책 업무에 관한 자료 및 정보를 관리하고 이를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 정보를 포함한 방재관리대책 정보체계(이하 "정보체계"라 한다)를 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 may메이 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 operate아퍼^r레잇 a어 disaster디재스터 management매너지먼트 countermeasure카운터메저 information인^f퍼메이션 system시스텀 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "information인^f퍼메이션 system")시스텀 that^ð댓 includes인클루즈 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 information,인^f퍼메이션 in인 order오더 to투 manage매너지 data데이타 and앤드 information인^f퍼메이션 on안 disaster디재스터 management매너지먼트 countermeasure카운터메저 duties두티즈 and앤드 use유스 them^ð뎀 efficiently:이^f피션틀리

② 행정안전부장관은 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장 또는 관계 기관ㆍ단체의 장에게 정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요한 자료 또는 정보(전자적 방식으로 구축된 자료 또는 정보를 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료 또는 정보의 제출을 요청받은 기관 또는 단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 행정안전부장관은 정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이용자에게 경비 또는 수수료를 부담하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

④ 행정안전부장관은 정보체계를 구축ㆍ운영하는 경우에는 「지능정보화 기본법」 제6조 및 제7조에 따른 지능정보사회 종합계획 및 지능정보사회 실행계획과 연계되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.6.9>

(4) When웬 establishing이스태블리슁 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 the^ð디 information인^f퍼메이션 system,시스텀 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 shall섈 ensure엔슈어 that^ð댓 it잇 is이즈 linked링크트 to투 the^ð더 comprehensive캄프^r리헨시^v브 plan플랜 and앤드 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 information인^f퍼메이션 society서사이어티 under언더 Articles아터클즈 6 and앤드 7 of어^v브 the^ð더 Framework^f프^r레임워크 Act액트 on안 Intelligent인텔러전트 Informatization.인^f포머티제이션

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 정보체계의 구축ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
