자연재해대책법 제63조의2(수수료)

제38조제2항에 따라 방재관리대책 업무 대행자 등록 및 변경등록을 하려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 행정안전부장관에게 수수료를 내야 한다. 다만, 행정안전부장관이 제76조제2항에 따라 업무를 위탁한 경우에는 그 업무를 위탁받은 기관 또는 단체에 수수료를 내야 한다.
