자원의 절약과 재활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(회수ㆍ재활용을 위탁받은 자에 대한 보호)

법 제16조제4항에 따라 법 제16조제1항에 따른 재활용의무생산자(이하 "재활용의무생산자"라 한다) 또는 법 제27조제1항에 따른 재활용사업공제조합(이하 "공제조합"이라 한다)이 제품ㆍ포장재의 회수ㆍ재활용을 위탁할 때에는 「대ㆍ중소기업 상생협력 촉진에 관한 법률」에 따라 보호되는 중소기업의 사업영역이 침해되지 않도록 하고, 회수ㆍ재활용에 드는 비용을 적정하게 반영하는 등 해당 제품ㆍ포장재의 회수ㆍ재활용을 위탁받는 자의 권익이 보호될 수 있도록 계약을 체결해야 한다. <개정 2013.11.20, 2016.1.19, 2020.4.14>
