① 법 제26조제4항에 따른 정관 기재사항은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 제35조의4제2항에 따라 허가를 받은 한국폐자원에너지협회는 그 대표자의 성명이나 주소가 변경되었을 때에는 변경된 날부터 20일 이내에 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
