자유무역지역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(입주계약 등의 통보)

① 관리권자는 법 제16조에 따라 입주계약(변경계약을 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다) 또는 입주계약 해지에 관한 사항을 그 자유무역지역을 관할하는 세관장(이하 "세관장"이라 한다)에게 통보하는 경우에는 입주계약 또는 입주계약 해지 사실을 확인할 수 있는 서류의 사본을 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.26>

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 세관장은 세관의 물품관리를 위하여 필요하다고 인정되면 관리권자가 입주업체로부터 제출받은 서류의 범위에서 관리권자에게 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
