Enforcement Decree of the Act on Designation and Operation of Free Trade Zones, Article 27 (Collection of Customs Duties, etc., on Goods with Inventory Shortage)

법 제39조제4항 본문에 따라 재고가 부족한 외국물품등에 관세등을 부과하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 날을 「관세법」 제16조 및 제17조에 따른 과세물건의 확정 및 법령 적용의 시기로 보아 관세등을 부과한다.
