장사 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제39조(과징금의 부과 및 납부)

① 시장등이 법 제35조제1항 본문에 따라 과징금을 부과할 때에는 위반행위의 종별과 해당 과징금의 금액 등을 명시하여 이를 낼 것을 서면으로 알려야 한다. <개정 2015.7.20>

② 제1항에 따른 통지를 받은 자는 통지를 받은 날부터 20일 이내에 과징금을 시장등이 정하는 수납기관에 내야 한다. <개정 2015.7.20, 2023.12.12>

③ 제2항에 따라 과징금의 납부를 받은 수납기관은 영수증을 납부자에게 내주어야 한다.

(3) A어 collection컬렉션 agency에이전시 that^ð댓 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 a어 penalty페널티 surcharge서차지 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 issue이슈 a어 receipt^r리싯 to투 the^ð더 payer.페이어

④ 과징금의 수납기관은 제2항에 따라 과징금을 수납하면 지체 없이 그 사실을 시장등에게 알려야 한다.
