재외공관 공증법 시행령 제1조의6(이의신청)

① 법 제9조의2제1항에 따라 공증담당영사의 촉탁 거절에 대하여 이의를 신청하려는 촉탁인이나 이해관계인은 이의신청의 취지와 이유, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 적은 이의신청서를 재외동포청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2023.4.5>

② 재외동포청장은 제1항에 따른 이의신청을 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 그 결과를 이의신청인 및 해당 공관의 장에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있으면 14일의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2023.4.5>

③ 재외동포청장은 제2항 단서에 따라 이의신청 결과 통보 기간을 연장하려는 경우에는 같은 항 본문에 따른 기간이 끝나기 7일 전까지 그 사실을 이의신청인 및 해당 공관의 장에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2023.4.5>
