재외공관주재관 임용령 제7조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회는 반기(半期)마다 한 번씩 개회하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 추가로 개회할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.12>

③ 위원회의 위원이 소속된 부처의 소속 공무원이 주재관으로 응모하는 경우에는 해당 부처에 소속된 위원은 그 선발심사 과정에 참석하지 못한다. <개정 2020.5.12, 2026.1.20>

④ 외교부장관은 제5조제4항제4호에 따른 위원회의 위원이 제3항에 따라 선발심사 과정에 참석할 수 없게 된 경우에는 해당 위원이 소속된 관계부처의 장과 협의하여 해당 위원을 참관인 자격으로 선발심사 과정에 참석하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 참관인은 제6조제2항에 따른 점수제 방식에 의한 점수 부여 과정이나 점수제 외의 방식에 의한 최종 선발심사 과정에는 참여하지 못하며, 위원장은 선발심사 과정의 공정성을 확보하기 위하여 필요하다고 판단하는 경우에는 선발심사 과정에서 참관인이 발언할 수 있는 내용을 제한할 수 있다. <신설 2026.1.20>

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구체적인 운영과 관련된 사항은 위원회의 협의를 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2026.1.20>
