특수임무 수행과정에서 체포되거나 형벌을 받은 사람의 수형기간은 특수임무 수행을 위한 파견 후 임무수행 중에 최초로 체포된 날부터 강제송환 결정에 따라 실제로 송환이 이루어진 날까지의 일수(日數)로 한다.
