가. 토지의 사용으로 인하여 수확이 불가능하게 되었거나 감소한 경우 그 손실에 상당한 금액

나. 토지의 사용으로 인하여 그 토지에서 생기는 평상시의 수입이 없게 되거나 감소한 경우 그 손실에 상당한 금액

다. 토지가 파괴된 경우 그 복구에 소요되는 비용에 상당한 금액

(c)시 Where웨어 the^ð더 land랜드 has해즈 been빈 destroyed:디스트^r로이드 an앤 amount어마운트 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 to투 the^ð더 cost카스트 required^r리콰이어드 for^f포 its잇츠 restoration;^r레스터^r레이션

가. 건물의 사용으로 인하여 그 건물에서 생기는 평상시의 수입이 없게 되거나 감소한 경우 그 손실에 상당한 금액

나. 사용으로 인하여 물자가 소멸한 경우 그 물자의 가격에 해당하는 금액
