저작권법 제122조의4(보호원의 임원)

① 보호원에는 원장 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 두고, 원장을 제외한 이사 및 감사는 비상임으로 하며, 원장은 이사회의 의장이 된다.

② 원장은 문화체육관광부장관이 임면한다.

(2) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 and앤드 dismissed디스미스트 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Culture,컬처 Sports스포츠 and앤드 Tourism.투^r리점

③ 원장의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈

④ 원장은 보호원을 대표하고, 보호원의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Agency에이전시 and앤드 take테이크 overall오우^v버^r롤 charge차지 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순서에 따라 이사가 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑥ 「국가공무원법」 제33조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 제1항에 따른 보호원의 임원이 될 수 없다.
