전기공사공제조합법시행령 제10조의3(대의원의 정수 등)

①법 제17조제1항의 규정에 의한 조합의 총회는 200인이내의 대의원으로 구성한다.

②대의원은 선출일전 1년이상 계속하여 조합원이어야 한다.

(2) A어 delegate델러게잇 must머스트 have해^v브 been빈 a어 member멤버 continuously컨티뉴어슬리 for^f포 at앳 least리스트 one원 year이어 before비^f포 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 election.일렉션

③대의원은 총출자좌수에 비례하여 조합의 각 지점(출장소를 제외한다)별로 선출하되, 선출방법에 관한 세부적인 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

(3) Delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 for^f포 each이치 branch브^r랜치 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 (excluding익스클루딩 offices)오^f퍼시즈 in인 proportion프^r러포션 to투 the^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 units유넛츠 of어^v브 contribution,칸트^r러뷰션 and앤드 detailed디테일드 matters매터즈 on안 the^ð디 election일렉션 method메^θ써드 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

④대의원의 임기는 1년으로 하되, 보궐대의원의 임기는 전임자의 잔임기간으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 delegate델러게잇 shall섈 be비 one원 year,이어 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 delegate델러게잇 elected일렉티드 to투 fill^f필 a어 vacancy^v베이컨시 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀

⑤대의원의 의결권의 행사에 관하여는 정관이 정하는 바에 의한다.
