전기공사공제조합법 제41조(보고서의 제출과 서류의 검사 등)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 제40조제1항의 경우 필요하다고 인정하면 조합에 대하여 해당 업무에 관한 보고서를 제출하게 하거나 시정을 명할 수 있고, 소속 공무원에게 조합의 업무, 회계 상황 및 장부, 그 밖의 서류를 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
