전기공사업법 시행령 제13조(공사업자단체의 설립)

법 제25조에 따라 공사업자단체를 설립할 때에는 공사업자 10명 이상이 발기(發起)하고 전체 공사업자의 10분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 창립총회에서 정관을 작성한 후 기후에너지환경부장관에게 인가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
