전기사업법 시행령 제37조(가산금)

1. 연체기간(부담금의 납부기한 다음 날부터 납부일 전날까지의 기간을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 1개월 이하인 경우: 부담금의 1천분의 15에 해당하는 금액을 연체일수에 따라 일할계산(日割計算)하여 산정한 금액

2. 연체기간이 1개월 초과 2개월 미만인 경우: 처음 1개월에 대한 가산금(부담금의 1천분의 15에 해당하는 금액을 말한다)과 1개월을 초과하는 부분에 대한 가산금(부담금의 1천분의 10에 해당하는 금액을 연체일수에 따라 일할계산하여 산정한 금액을 말한다)을 합산한 금액
