Enforcement Decree of the Electric Utility Act, Article 5-3 (Standards for Dispositions by Violation and Imposition of Penalty Surcharges on Electricity Business Operators, etc.)

① 법 제12조제1항 및 같은 조 제5항제1호에 따른 전기사업자의 위반행위별 처분기준과 과징금의 금액은 별표 1의2와 같다.

④ 기후에너지환경부장관은 위반행위의 동기ㆍ내용 및 횟수 등을 고려하여 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 사업정지기간과 과징금 금액의 2분의 1의 범위에서 이를 가중 또는 감경할 수 있다. 이 경우 가중할 때에도 사업정지기간과 과징금의 총액은 법 제12조제1항ㆍ제2항 및 제5항에 따른 기간 및 금액을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2024.8.6, 2025.10.1>
