전기사업법 시행령 제5조의5(전기공급의 거부 사유)

1. 전기요금을 납기일까지 납부하지 아니한 전기사용자가 납기일의 다음 날부터 법 제16조제4항에 따른 공급약관(이하 "공급약관"이라 한다)에서 정하는 기한까지 해당 요금을 납부하지 아니하는 경우

1의2. 전기사용자가 다음 각 목의 약관이나 계약에서 정한 기한까지 전기요금을 지급하지 않은 경우

2. 전기의 공급을 요청하는 자가 불합리한 조건을 제시하거나 전기판매사업자, 전기자동차충전사업자, 재생에너지전기공급사업자, 재생에너지전기저장판매사업자 및 송전제약발생지역전기공급사업자의 정당한 조건에 따르지 않고 다른 방법으로 전기의 공급을 요청하는 경우

2의2. 발전사업자[법 제35조에 따라 설립된 한국전력거래소(이하 "한국전력거래소"라 한다)가 법 제45조에 따라 전력계통의 운영을 위하여 전기공급을 지시한 발전사업자는 제외한다]가 법 제5조에 따라 환경을 적정하게 관리ㆍ보존하는 데 필요한 조치로서 전기공급을 정지하는 경우

3. 전기사용자가 법 제18조제1항에 따른 전기의 품질에 적합하지 아니한 전기의 공급을 요청하는 경우

4. 발전용 전기설비의 정기적인 보수기간 중 전기의 공급을 요청하는 경우(발전사업자만 해당한다)

4의2. 전기설비의 정기적인 점검 및 보수 등 제1호의2 각 목의 약관이나 계약에서 정한 정당한 전기공급 중단 또는 정지 사유가 발생하는 경우

5. 전기를 대량으로 사용하려는 자가 다음 각 목에서 정하는 시기까지 전기판매사업자에게 미리 전기의 공급을 요청하지 아니하는 경우

6. 「전기안전관리법」 제12조제1항 본문에 따른 일반용전기설비의 사용전점검을 받지 아니하고 전기공급을 요청하는 경우

7. 「전기안전관리법」 제12조제9항 또는 다른 법률에 따라 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다) 또는 그 밖의 행정기관의 장이 전기공급의 정지를 요청하는 경우
