전기사업법 제11조의2(처분효과의 승계)

제11조에 따라 전기사업자의 지위가 승계되면 종전의 전기사업자에 대한 제12조에 따른 사업정지처분(제12조에 따라 사업정지명령을 갈음하여 부과하는 과징금을 포함한다)의 효과는 그 지위를 승계받은 자에게 승계되며, 처분의 절차가 진행 중일 때에는 그 지위를 승계받은 자에 대하여 그 절차를 진행할 수 있다.
