전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제125조(대도시권 교통혼잡도로 개선사업에 관한 특례)

① 국토교통부장관은 「도로법」 제8조에도 불구하고 통합특별시의 경우 대도시권 교통혼잡도로 개선사업의 선정기준에 다음 각 호를 모두 포함한 것으로 인정하여 국비 지원 등 불이익이 없도록 하여야 한다.

② 「도로법」 제86조제2항 본문에도 불구하고 통합특별시장이 대도시권 교통혼잡도로의 개선을 위한 세부 사업계획을 시행하는 데 드는 비용은 전체 사업비(조사ㆍ설계에 드는 비용을 포함한다)의 100분의 50 이상을 국고에서 보조할 수 있다.
