전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제162조(부담금 등의 감면)

통합특별시 설치에 따른 개발사업의 원활한 시행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「개발이익 환수에 관한 법률」, 「농지법」, 「초지법」, 「산지관리법」, 「도시교통정비 촉진법」, 「자연환경보전법」, 「환경개선비용 부담법」, 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 및 「대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 개발부담금, 농지보전부담금, 대체초지조성비, 대체산림자원조성비, 교통유발부담금, 생태계보전부담금, 환경개선부담금, 기반시설 설치비용 및 광역교통시설 부담금을 감경하거나 부과하지 아니할 수 있다.
