전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제326조(지방의료원 운영에 관한 특례)

국가는 통합특별시 관할구역 내 지방의료원 중 「공공보건의료에 관한 법률」 제12조제2항ㆍ제3항에 따라 보건복지부에서 지정ㆍ고시한 응급의료분야 의료취약지의 지방의료원에 대해서는 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 재정상황 등을 고려하여 운영에 필요한 경비를 우선 지원할 수 있다.
