전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제33조(공무원의 인사 등에 관한 준용)

① 통합특별시의회 공무원에 대한 공정한 처우 보장에 관하여는 그 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 제38조를 준용한다.

② 통합특별시의회 인사운영에 관한 특례에 관하여는 그 성질에 반하지 아니하는 범위에서 제39조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "통합특별시교육감 및 통합특별시장"은 "통합특별시의회 의장"으로 본다.
