Special Act on the Establishment of the Jeonnam-Gwangju Integrated Special City, Article 384 (Revocation of Designation and Substitute Designation of Forest Use Promotion Project Implementers)

① 통합특별시장은 산림이용진흥사업 시행자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 제383조에 따른 산림이용진흥사업 시행자 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 지정을 취소하여야 한다.

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 이 법에 따른 지정 또는 승인을 받은 경우
