전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제5조(통합특별시의 책무)

① 통합특별시는 통합특별시에 대한 국가정책의 수립 및 시행에 적극 협력하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 shall섈 actively액티^v블리 cooperate코아퍼^r레잇 in인 the^ð더 formulation^f포뮬레이션 and앤드 implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 State스테잇 policies팔러시즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City.시티

② 통합특별시는 이 법에서 조례로 정하도록 하거나 정할 수 있도록 규정한 사항에 대하여 이 법의 취지에 맞게 전남광주통합특별시 조례(이하 "통합특별시조례"라 한다)를 제정ㆍ개정하거나 폐지하는 조치를 하여야 한다.

(2) With위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 matters매터즈 that^ð댓 this^ð디스 Act액트 requires^r리콰이어즈 or오 allows얼라우즈 to투 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 ordinance,오더넌스 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 shall섈 enact,이낵트 amend,어멘드 or오 repeal^r리필 the^ð디 ordinances오더넌시즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Jeonnam-Gwangju지아남-괭주 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 ordinances")오더넌시즈 in인 keeping키핑 with위^ð드 the^ð더 purport퍼포트 of어^v브 this^ð디스 Act.액트

③ 통합특별시는 통합특별시 권역 내 균형발전을 위하여 권역별 균형발전계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 balanced밸런스트 development디^v벨럽먼트 plan플랜 for^f포 each이치 zone존 in인 order오더 to투 achieve어치^v브 balanced밸런스트 development디^v벨럽먼트 within위^ð딘 the^ð디 area에^r리아 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City.시티

④ 통합특별시는 통합특별시의 성과목표와 평가에 관하여 국무총리와 협약(교육자치에 관한 사항을 포함한다)을 체결하여야 한다. 이 경우 국무총리는 중앙행정기관의 권한 이양과 규제 완화 등의 결과가 통합특별시의 발전과 성장에 기여하고 있는지에 대한 평가와 그 평가결과에 따른 제도보완 등에 관하여 미리 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다.

⑤ 통합특별시는 종전의 광주광역시 지역이 대한민국 민주주의 발전에 기여한 역사적 가치와 아시아문화중심도시로서의 브랜드 정체성을 계승ㆍ발전시키기 위하여 필요한 시책을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 the^ð더 policies팔러시즈 necessary네서세^r리 to투 inherit인헤^r릿 and앤드 develop디^v벨럽 the^ð더 historical히스토^r리클 value^v밸류 that^ð댓 the^ð디 area에^r리아 of어^v브 the^ð더 former^f포머 Gwangju괭주 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City시티 contributed컨트^r리뷰티드 to투 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 democracy디마크^r러시 in인 the^ð더 Republic^r리퍼블릭 of어^v브 Korea코^r리아 and앤드 its잇츠 brand브^r랜드 identity아이덴티티 as애즈 a어 city시티 that^ð댓 is이즈 a어 center센터 of어^v브 Asian에이전 culture.컬처
