전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제79조(공립대안학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 특례)

① 통합특별시교육감은 다양한 교육수요에 대응하기 위하여 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제60조의3에 따른 대안학교(이하 "공립대안학교"라 한다)를 설립ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 공립대안학교의 설립기준, 시설ㆍ설비 기준, 교육과정 및 운영에 관하여는 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제60조의3을 준용한다. 이 경우 "교육감"은 "통합특별시교육감"으로 본다.
