전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제86조(대학설립ㆍ지도감독에 관한 특례)

① 「고등교육법」 제50조의2제2항 및 제61조제1항ㆍ제3항에 따른 교육부장관의 권한은 통합특별시장의 권한으로 한다.

② 통합특별시장은 지역 발전을 위하여 필요한 경우 미리 교육부장관의 동의를 받아 「고등교육법」 제4조제2항에 따른 인가를 할 수 있다.

③ 「고등교육법」 제4조제1항에서 대통령령으로 정하도록 한 사항은 미리 교육부장관의 동의를 받아 통합특별시조례로 정할 수 있다.
