전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제90조(감사위원회 사무국)

① 감사위원회의 자치감사 활동을 지원하고 감사위원회의 행정사무를 처리하기 위하여 감사위원회에 사무국을 두며, 사무국의 직원은 감사위원장의 추천에 따라 통합특별시장이 임명한다.

(1) A어 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð디 Audit오딧 Committee커미티 to투 support서포트 the^ð디 autonomous오타너머스 audit오딧 activities액티^v버티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Audit오딧 Committee커미티 and앤드 handle핸들 its잇츠 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 staff스태^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 secretariat세크^r리테^r리엇 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor메이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Integrated인터그^r레이티드 Special스페실 City시티 on안 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 audit오딧 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 제1항에 따른 사무국의 직원은 지방공무원 또는 「소방공무원법」 제6조에 따라 임용권을 위임받아 통합특별시장이 임용한 소방공무원으로 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 사무국의 조직, 직무 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 통합특별시조례로 정한다.
