전력기술관리법 시행령 제27조의6(분리발주의 예외)
Enforcement Decree of the Electric Power Technology Management Act, Article 27-6 (Exceptions to Separate Ordering)
법 제14조의3 각 호 외의 부분 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 일정 규모 이하의 전력시설물이거나 특별한 사유가 있는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The "case of electric power facilities of a certain scale or less prescribed by Presidential Decree or where there are special reasons" in the proviso of the part preceding the subparagraphs of Article 14-3 of the Act means any of the following cases:
1. 「건축법 시행령」 제91조의3제2항에 따라 관계전문기술자의 협력을 받아야 하는 건축물에 사용되는 전력시설물로서 그 건축물의 바닥면적의 합계가 2천제곱미터 미만인 건축물(같은 영 별표 1 제2호가목 및 나목에 따른 아파트 및 연립주택은 제외한다)인 경우
1. Electric power facilities used in a building that must receive the cooperation of a relevant specialized engineer under Article 91-3 (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act, where the total floor area of the building is less than 2,000 square meters (excluding apartment houses and row houses under subparagraph 2 (a) and (b) of Attached Table 1 of that Decree);
2. 국방 및 국가안보 등과 관련되는 공사로서 기밀 유지를 위해 분리발주가 곤란한 경우
2. Works related to national defense and national security, etc. where separate ordering is difficult for maintaining confidentiality.
