전력기술관리법 시행령 제4조(전력기술진흥기본계획의 수립 등)

① 법 제3조제1항에 따른 전력기술진흥기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)은 5년 단위로 수립하여야 한다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 기본계획을 수립하였을 때에는 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여 세부 시행계획의 작성지침을 마련하고, 관계 행정기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 관계 행정기관의 장은 제2항의 작성지침에 따라 매년 세부 시행계획을 수립하고 시행하여야 한다.

④ 기후에너지환경부장관은 전력기술을 진흥하기 위하여 법 제18조에 따라 설립된 전력기술인단체(이하 "전력기술인단체"라 한다)로 하여금 전력기술진흥대회를 개최하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
