Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Use and Promotion of Electronic Procurement, Article 13 (Standards for Designation of the Electronic Procurement Support Center)

① 법 제23조제1항에 따른 전자조달지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)의 지정기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 명확한 사업목표와 현실성 있는 추진계획을 가진 비영리법인일 것

② 지원센터로 지정을 받으려는 자는 재정경제부령으로 정하는 지정신청서를 조달청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 지정 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.12.30>

③ 조달청장은 제2항에 따른 지정신청을 받은 경우에는 제1항에 따른 지정기준에 적합한 자를 지원센터로 지정하고, 신청인에게 재정경제부령으로 정한 지정서를 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>

④ 조달청장은 법 제23조제2항에 따라 지원센터가 수행하는 사업에 드는 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.

⑤ 제4항에 따라 경비 지원을 받은 지원센터는 해당 연도의 사업이 끝난 후 2개월 이내에 해당 연도의 사업추진실적, 예산집행실적 및 다음 연도의 사업계획을 조달청장에게 제출하여야 한다.
