정당법 제49조(당대표경선등의 자유방해죄)

Political Parties Act, Article 49 (Crime of Obstructing Freedom of Party Leadership Elections, Etc.)

①정당의 대표자ㆍ투표로 선출하는 당직자(당직자의 선출을 위한 선거인단을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 선출을 위한 선거(이하 "당대표경선등"이라 한다)와 관련하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 5년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
