정보통신공사업법 시행령 제21조(등록기준)

① 법 제15조제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기술능력ㆍ자본금(개인인 경우에는 자산평가액을 말한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ사무실"이란 별표 3에 따른 기술능력ㆍ자본금ㆍ사무실을 말한다.

② 법 제15조제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이상"이란 별표 3에 따른 자본금 기준금액의 100분의 10 이상을 말한다.

③ 법 제15조제4호에 따른 이 법 또는 다른 법령에 따른 제한에 위반되는 경우는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우로 한다.
