정보통신공사업법 시행령 제40조(정보통신기술자의 자격기준 등)

① 법 제39조제2항에 따른 정보통신기술자의 자격기준은 등급별로 구분하여 정하며, 등급별 세부기준은 별표 6과 같다.

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 법 제39조제2항에 따라 정보통신기술자로 인정한 자의 등급 및 경력 등에 관한 기록을 유지ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
