Enforcement Decree of the Information and Communications Works Business Act, Article 8-4 (Report on Status of Placement of Supervisors, etc.)

① 용역업자는 감리원을 배치(배치된 감리원을 교체하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)하는 경우에는 법 제8조제3항에 따라 해당 공사를 시작한 날부터 30일 이내(해당 공사가 30일 이내에 완료되는 경우에는 해당 공사가 완료되기 전)에 감리원 배치현황 신고서(전자문서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다.
