정보통신공사업법 제33조(정보통신기술자의 배치)

① 공사업자는 공사의 시공관리와 그 밖의 기술상의 관리를 하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사 현장에 정보통신기술자 1명 이상을 배치하고, 이를 그 공사의 발주자에게 알려야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 배치된 정보통신기술자는 해당 공사의 발주자의 승낙을 받지 아니하고는 정당한 사유 없이 그 공사 현장을 이탈하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 발주자는 제1항에 따라 배치된 정보통신기술자가 업무수행의 능력이 현저히 부족하다고 인정되는 경우에는 수급인에게 정보통신기술자의 교체를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 수급인은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
