정보통신공사업법 제75조(벌칙)

1. 제8조제2항에 따른 감리원이 아닌 사람에게 감리를 하게 한 자

3. 제31조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반하여 하도급 또는 다시 하도급을 한 자
