Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of Information and Communications Infrastructure, Article 16 (Notification of Designation and Cancellation of Designation, etc.)

중앙행정기관의 장은 주요정보통신기반시설을 지정 또는 지정 취소하는 경우 지체없이 해당 관리기관의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하고 다음 각호의 사항을 관보에 고시하여야 한다.
