정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제44조의15(방송미디어통신위원회의 감독)

① 방송미디어통신위원회는 정보통신서비스 제공자가 제2조제1항제3호의2에 따른 기준에 해당하는지 여부를 확인하기 위하여 정보통신서비스 제공자에게 일일 평균 이용자 수, 매출액, 사업 종류 등의 현황을 요청할 수 있다.

② 방송미디어통신위원회는 대규모 정보통신서비스 제공자의 제44조의12에 따른 신고와 제44조의4의 자율규제 조치 등의 운용에 관하여 조사를 할 수 있다.
